Performance Assessment

B.C. Hill offers our clients TAIS (The Attentional and Interpersonal Style) inventory, a performance assessment that is an easy-to-use, highly accurate, thirty-minute exercise that provides an in-depth assessment of an individual’s abilities and competence within your business environment.  The instrument was developed by Dr. Robert Nideffer, our technical partner, who was recently honored for being one of the 10 most influential psychologists in this century, in part, because of his work with TAIS.

TAIS assessments are available in a variety of languages: English, French, Spanish and German.  A computerized reporting version has recently been developed.  We would be pleased to show you how our Assessment Service Program can make a major contribution to the success of your company.
